Stories can engage customers, employees and other stakeholders to care about the mission of your organization in ways facts alone cannot deliver. But what if nobody is sending story ideas?
Our half-day workshop engages your staff and leaders to suggest stories. The session will also inspire them to encourage others to share “hidden stories” that they encounter at work. We cover why stories are powerful tools and the elements of great stories. We use video examples to get creative juices flowing.
Then, we brainstorm story ideas based on your vision and mission and then break into sub-groups, over zoom or in person, to brainstorm four story types with specific examples.
